US Orders: All orders shipped within the US are sent either USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Small orders and items 5 pounds or less are shipped via Priority Mail and should arrive within 2 to 3 business days. We ship orders via Priority Mail every day but Saturday. Our daily cutoff for same day shipping is 2pm EST. All orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following day. Large items and orders over 5 pounds are shipped via UPS ground service. We ship from Baltimore, MD. Your delivery time will vary depending upon location. East Coast destinations are generally delivered in 2 to 5 days, West Coast 4 to 7 days. All packages are covered by us against loss or damage. Next day Express Mail or UPS 2nd Day Express services are also available.

International Orders: International Orders are shipped via International Air Mail or International Surface Mail. Air Mail take 4 to 10 days to most countries, Surface Mail is 4 to 6 weeks. Other carriers services are also available.

Our Shipping Guarantee: We guarantee that all items ordered from us will reach you intact and undamaged.  If you order is lost in the mail, we will refund you purchase price including the cost of shipping.  Any item that is damaged during shipment will be replaced or your purchase price refunded.

Please keep all packing materials as they may be required for us to file an insurance claim. We may request that you ship the damaged item back to us at our expense. All refunds will be credited upon receipt of damaged merchandise by return mail ( if required ), or inspection by carrier. Items not requiring return or inspection will be credited upon notification of damage.

Returns: If any of our products are not exactly as stated in our description it can be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund. If you are not satisfied with the items, you may return them within 5 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping. If you have questions about any particular item or feel you cannot make a decision based on the photos on our website, please email us and we will provide you with addition information and photographs if needed.

Guarantee: All of our Items are guaranteed to be of the age and material that is in the item description. If it says Ivory...it is Ivory, not bone or resin. If you find any of our items to not be of the age or material stated we will pay for return shipping and provide a full refund.
